Refund Policy
- Refunds must be requested via email to contact@
focusedfiretraining.org. - Refunds must be requested 10 days prior to the class date.
- All classes can be rescheduled. If a class is rescheduled per customer request, it will not be eligible for a refund.
- Tickets purchased within 10 days of the class date are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled to a later date/time.
- Rescheduled classes will need to be completed within 3 months of the original class date.
- Focused Fire Training reserves the right to reschedule or change any class date, time, and/or location as deemed necessary. In the event Focused Fire Training changes the date/time of the class, you will be rescheduled to our next available class.
